| Aug, 1952 | At the same address we use to this day, Yoshimitsu Kuroda(former president) founded Kuroda Shoji for the purpose of selling food additives(condiments etc.). |
| Sep, 1983 | Due to food factory pollution meansure, the company is changed to Kuroda Shoji Ltd. with a capital of 10,000,000 yen and begins to deal in industrial chemicals and machines. |
